Had his staff call me before the call to go through some questions or any concerns I had.
His call was on time. He asked me my concerns and discussed several details. I have been a patient with Dr. Narvaez for several years and he has been a great doctor very patience, compassionate and a great listener. Also his staff is very friendly and courteous.

Great and attentive Dr and staff. Would recommend. Like their online patient portal. Only gripe is I wish they answered their phones a bit better. Thank goodness you can text them but sometimes takes a while to get a reply, and would be really great if they would answer when you called during their normal business hours.
